Job summary

EVR is seeking a Program Coordinator, Maintenance Excellence, to provide coordination, communication and administrative support for Asset Delivery and Maintenance Excellence programs. You’ll work with site teams, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, OEMs and contractors to drive asset delivery and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in coordination, administrative, operational or project support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of ERP or purchasing systems is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in British Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities, communications, reporting and cost tracking to support delivery.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, deliverables and action items; maintain schedules and records.
  • Support equipment delivery, commissioning and close-out with operations, maintenance and vendors.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track budgets, purchase requests, invoices and expenditures for financial oversight.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
  • Identify issues that may affect schedules or budgets and help resolve them.
  • Support continuous improvement through data collection and performance tracking.

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Excellence, the Program Coordinator, Maintenance Excellence provides coordination, communication and administrative support for Asset Delivery and Maintenance Excellence programs. The role works closely with site teams, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, OEMs, suppliers and contractors to support equipment delivery, asset improvement initiatives and program execution.

Responsibilities:


  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

  • Coordinate program activities, communications, reporting, documentation, and cost tracking to support successful program delivery

  • Monitor milestones, risks, deliverables, and action items while maintaining accurate program records and schedules

  • Support equipment delivery, commissioning, and close-out activities in collaboration with operations, maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders and leadership

  • Track budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and expenditures to ensure effective financial oversight

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities while facilitating communication across internal and external partners

  • Identify, elevate, and help resolve issues that may impact schedules, budgets, or program outcomes

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data collection, performance tracking, and reporting


Requirements:


  • Diploma, degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, operational or project support role

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; SharePoint, ERP or purchasing systems are assets

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent


Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 CAD/year


The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
