The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor for Junior Inclusion Services to oversee inclusive recreational activities for children and youth with disabilities. This role involves planning, staff supervision, and community engagement to ensure effective program delivery. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor Children, Youth & Junior Inclusion Services, is responsible for the planning, implementation and the ongoing evaluation of the Junior Inclusion Services program, ensuring that the appropriate inclusive activities for children and youth with disabilities (ages 3 to 18) are provided. Provides appropriate assistance to support the staff and participants of Recreation & Culture programs in the inclusion of children and youth with disabilities.
