Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada (ATCCC) is a Christ-centered, non-profit ministry focused on substance abuse treatment and recovery.

This position requires a deep commitment to the Christian faith, its principles and practices. This position can expect to regularly be praying with other staff clients and supporters. Participating in regular Bible studies and discipleship. Staff should actively seek to live out what we teach our clients and apply this faith in their personal and professional lives. Serving the Programs to provide excellent leadership to the staff, clients and their families. This position assists in ensuring the program meets all accreditation standards.
Budgetary: Serve the Campus Manager to meet budgetary goals, participating in fundraising events.
Schedule: Be flexible with scheduling. Will be required to work evenings and weekends.
Decision making: Communicate decisions and suggested changes to the Campus Manager.
Leadership: Provide support and leadership to students, students families, volunteers and staff within the program.
