HIEC is seeking an enthusiastic Program Coordinator and Facilitator to lead our Career Awareness programming for Grade 7 and 8 students across the Halton Region. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives on engaging with youth, enjoys being out in the community, and wants to make an impact on how students explore their future career pathways.
This hybrid role combines virtual and field-based workwith frequent travel to schools within Halton and occasional office-based work in Burlington. The successful candidate will deliver interactive workshops, coordinate program logistics with schools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HIEC’s career programming. There will also be opportunities to represent HIEC at sector-related conferences and events.

Target Hiring Range: $55,646.74 - $62,000
Salary Grade 3: $55,646.74 - $68,630.98
