Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Program Coordinator to join an enterprise athleisure retailer in Vancouver, BC. This individual will join the Costing Excellence program under the Upstream Supply Chain group. We are looking for someone that can fully commit to documenting changes, building, and updating project or program plans. Additionally, this person will need to coordinate all program logistics across internal and external stakeholders and program team members (Tech/Change/Product Management), globally. This person must be highly proficient in project & program coordination and be able to confidently identify opportunities and drive efficiencies within our team. Upcoming priorities in the next 12 months include: Complete RFI / RFP activities; Roll out of a new Operating Model; Roll out significant enhancements to existing systems and tools; Discovery for an in-house application build within the next 8 months; Systematize manual processes and ways of working for the business.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities are centered on documenting changes, building and updating project or program plans, and coordinating all program logistics across internal and external stakeholders and program team members (Tech/Change/Product Management) on a global scale.

Must haves
  • 1+ years of experience in Program Coordination
  • Prior experience with program building and maintaining project plans
  • Jira/Confluence, SmartSheet and/or Excel or similar tool experience
  • Familiarity with standardized Project Management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum)
  • Able to work some flexible crossover hours to support global workstreams (i.e. Hong Kong)
  • Able to operate in a fast paced environment and support large portfolio initiatives
  • Strong problem solving skills, including logical structuring, critical thinking and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills obtaining the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
Plusses
  • Supply chain experience or exposure to finished goods or raw material costing, sourcing or procurement processes
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills
