A national arts organization located in Ottawa is seeking a Program Assistant to provide administrative support for grant processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in both official languages, and have at least two years of experience in administrative roles. About The Role
Under the supervision of the program manager, the program assistant:
Education
Secondary school diploma and/or specialized training related to the position's responsibilities.
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.

This position requires proficiency in both official languages. The requirements are:
The Council may consider Indigenous applicants who do not meet the second language requirements if they commit to language training to reach proficiency levels. Proficiency in an Indigenous language may be an asset.
