Reporting to the Director Victim Services, this position is responsible for leading, implementing, and coordinating assigned programs, projects and initiatives aimed at; fostering improved interagency collaboration and supports for victims of crime; engaging communities and partners in programs and services for victims; improving training of those delivering services for victims of crime, and implementing quality assurance practices and policies.
The Program and Policy Coordinator’s most significant assignment is to manage and administer the delivery of the Crime Prevention and Victim Services Trust (CPVST) on behalf of the Board of Trustees and in accordance with the Crime Prevention and Victim Services Trust Act, and to work with communities and organizations to strengthen and support project applications and support the Board of Trustees through strategic analysis, research and by acting as the main public contact on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
