CPA Ontario is currently in search of Program Advisor who will join our Professional Development team and who will be responsible for supporting and promoting corporate training opportunities through a combination of sales and service. As a Program Advisor, you will conduct discovery sessions to understand the organization’s training requirements, guide decision-making by offering solutions and provide comprehensive information on CPA Ontario’s professional development programs. In this role you will also provide personalized assistance and support to CPAs and corporate training department heads to ensure a smooth and informed decision-making process in selecting appropriate PD offerings, and providing an understanding of the mission and vision of these learning programs, describing program outcomes, answering questions, tracking and reporting on member’s progress to registration and supporting members through the registration process.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Supporting corporate training opportunities with external organizations by speaking with the decision maker, making learning recommendations based on their organization needs, confirm all logistical requirements and helping through the confirmation and payment process.
Responding to member inquiries regarding the application, registration and payment process for select professional certificate programs available through CPA Ontario. This includes gathering information from members and helping them determine if the program is right for them.
Evaluating individual member circumstances to determine if they need support with decision-making regarding programs, including referring members to the correct point of contact to move the process along while supporting members through the application and registration process.
Maintain accurate records of enrolments and targets and documenting interactions, discussions and resolutions.
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the enrollment targets and identifying areas of opportunity and adjusting strategies as required.
Supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns to drive inquiries and support the conversion process from initial inquiry to registration.
Collaborate with the larger team, and marketing department in order to achieve registration targets.
Who You Are :
A post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or other field with a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in customer service and sales. Experience in enrollment management or related roles in a professional development or education setting is preferred.
Digitally fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.Committed to ongoing training and a desire to learn new technology and continually expand upon knowledge and expertise.
A skilled communicator (verbally and written) with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills. Able to converse with prospects in a clear and concise manner.
A personable relationship builder, skilled at consultative selling and client service.
Abletoworkincollaborationwith others and independently.
Able to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision.
Adept at time-management, organizational and multi-tasking with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet simultaneous deadlines while meeting targets.
