Join a leading provider of disability services in Durham Region as a Program Administrative Clerk. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of programs while upholding the organization's values. This is a permanent part time 20 hours weekly position which includes day shifts with the potential of the occasional evening and or weekend in the Durham Region. Full G license preferred.
The pay range is $22.58 $26.91 per hour. There will be some travel required within the District.

The Program Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the designated locations assisting the Program Managers (PM) and Program Coordinators (PC) with clerical and administrative duties. They may provide administrative support to multiple locations in an assigned community. They will ensure filing and maintenance of confidential program files are completed with a high level of discretion. The Program Administrative Clerk will manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines including those from government partners are met. They will communicate with people within and outside of Karis Disability Services to provide information about the organization.
