Job Title : Program Account Executive Location : Remote (Travel Required for Client Meetings, Conferences, and Presentations)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Program Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional with a deep understanding of commercial lines (CLs) insurance and a strong track record in specialty insurance products such as Errors & Omissions (E&O) , Cyber Insurance , and Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability .

As the primary liaison for clients within specialized program groups and associations, you’ll bring a consultative, solutions-based approach to managing risk and providing top-tier service. This is a remote position with regular travel for client engagements, conferences, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of program clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.

Conduct personalized client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Travel to client locations and industry events to maintain and grow strong client relationships.

Technical Insurance Expertise

Leverage in-depth knowledge of commercial lines to provide comprehensive risk management advice.

Advise on complex coverage needs including E&O, D&O, Cyber Insurance, and related specialized products.

Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to keep clients informed of emerging risks and solutions.

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and association partnerships.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value of specialized insurance programs.

Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and panels to increase brand visibility and credibility.

Presentations & Client Education

Create customized proposals, reports, and educational materials for clients and stakeholders.

Deliver engaging presentations to boards, leadership teams, and member groups.

Host webinars and training sessions to inform clients on insurance options, market changes, and risk mitigation strategies.

Project & Deadline Management

Manage multiple client accounts and requests with precision and efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client services.

Track policy renewals, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 5 years in commercial lines insurance, with emphasis on E&O, Cyber, D&O, and other specialty coverages.

Expertise : Strong technical knowledge of CLs policy structures, underwriting practices, and coverage design.

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.

Presentation Skills : Experience presenting to senior-level audiences, hosting webinars, and representing firms at industry events.

Travel : Must be comfortable with travel for client meetings and conferences.

Organization : Proven ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
