A community college in Ontario seeks a part-time Professor for the Paralegal Program. Responsibilities include teaching Employment Law and managing an online learning environment. Candidates should be legally licensed by The Law Society of Ontario with teaching experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to an equitable and inclusive academic setting.
Status: Part Time
Hours: Course will be delivered online, synchronous starting in September 2025 (Monday at 8:30am to 11:00am)
Home Campus: Fennell(online synchronous)
Start Rate: Upon hire, Human Resources will conduct a rate calculation based on completed education and work experience to determine the starting step.

The Social Services and Justice Studies department, within the School of Interdisciplinary Programs and Community Services, requires a part-time Professor to teach in the Paralegal Program delivered online, synchronous.
Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Professors in this department are responsible for providing academic leadership and for developing an effective learning environment using a blended model of lecture and practical learning experiences.
