Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is seeking an Aircraft Performance Engineering Professional for Mirabel. You will work with Flight Physics to develop performance tools, analyse data from flight tests or simulators, and harmonise tools with Toulouse teams across sites.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Aircraft Performance Engineering Professional to join our Flight Physics department based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the teams within the Energy Center of Competence and also with the aircraft performance teams based in Toulouse. You will be part of the A220 Flight Performance team responsible for developing: The tools to calculate low and high speed performance data; Analysing the performance data (from flight test or simulator) for ongoing development projects to generate optimised models and to certify them; Keep up to date the flight manuals for the A220 operators and support marketing teams for any ongoing contracts. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Aircraft Performance Engineering Professional will be to: Learn and develop aircraft performance software/tools; Analyse and generate novel performance models following various product improvement projects; Collaborate with aircraft performance teams in Toulouse to harmonise our tools and ways of working between both sites.
Vous avez une expérience en performance avion, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine Aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Professionnel.le en ingenierie performance avion pour rejoindre notre équipe Physiques du Vol basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes au sein du centre de compétence energie chez Airbus Canada ainsi que les équipes de performance à Toulouse. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe A220 Performance de Vol chargée qui développe : Les logiciels de calcul de performance avion basse et haute vitesse; Analyser les données de performance (test en vol ou simulateur) pour les fonctions en cours de développement afin de générer et certifier les modèles de performance; Produire les manuels de vol de performance pour les opérateurs actuels de l’A220 ainsi que supporter les équipes de marketing pour les contrats en cours. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que professionnel en ingénierie performance avion sera de : Apprendre et développer certains logiciels de calcul de performance avion; Participer au sein de l'équipe de développement avion pour générer les nouveaux modèles de performance suite à une amélioration de la configuration de l’avion; Participer aux projets de développement en cours avec les équipes de performance avion de Toulouse dans le but d'harmoniser nos outils et façons de travailler.
