Job summary

Bombardier in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Professional Senior, Engineering - Project Engineering - Research & Technology to lead complex engineering projects from concept to service entry. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with partners and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years in aerospace, and strong project-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of aerospace industry experience; project engineering experience is an asset.
• Experience and/or skills in project management.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the program and project management of strategic engineering-related technology projects.
• Support planning of design engineering activities from concept to entry into service of derivative or clean-sheet aircraft.
• Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers; provide visibility to management as needed.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and adhere to plans for each development milestone.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $105,000 to CAD $138,000 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
