Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and control technical infrastructure projects (building and equipment) for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Centre.
  • Find technical solutions to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues related to infrastructure and equipment.
  • Manage costs and schedules to ensure your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your clients.
  • Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal clients.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels within the organization.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
  • Enforce internal safety rules on your sites.
  • Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering completed, ideally in mechanical engineering or construction engineering.
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Good language skills in French required. English language skills would be an asset (not required).
  • Good skills with the Microsoft 365 software suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project or equivalent.
