Job summary

Harbinger Network Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) & Project Manager to lead surveying initiatives from initial client consultation through final deliverables.

You will own budgets, schedules, and resources, and collaborate with engineers and planners to align survey data with real-world outcomes. The role requires an OLS license, 3+ years in a leadership role, strong PM skills, and client-facing confidence.

Qualifications

• Must hold Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) license.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory surveying role.
• Strong project management experience including budgeting and scheduling.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
