Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to support the operation of various systems.
  • Contribute to the overall objective of achieving an integrated environment dedicated to the safe and reliable operation of OPG’s plants.
  • Assist with developing and executing projects in compliance with the nuclear industry’s demanding set of regulations and standards using established project management processes.
  • Maintaining written documented processes and procedures to reflect improved operating methods and additions to all supported systems.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree at an accredited institution on a full-time basis OR by the start of the opportunity in May 2027, will have completed 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.

  • Currently enrolled and meets the minimum eligibility requirements for the Internship or Co-op Program as defined by your academic institution. Superior analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills and demonstrated project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with a proven aptitude for managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods.
