Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, harmonize, and track compliance with various project schedules.
  • Coordinate and track major Supplier/BA deliverables to ensure scope and schedule adherence.
  • Manage priorities, communication, and harmonization of project activities.
  • Support Engineering Release processes, tracking, and schedule compliance.
  • Coordinate multi-site activities as needed.
  • Provide governance visibility for project status and risks.
  • Support Operational Excellence (BOE) departmental objectives.
  • Represent the Engineering team in inter-departmental meetings.
  • Create activity and resource plans to support flexibility strategies and reporting.
  • Develop, improve, and automate reporting and visibility tools.
  • Provide accurate status and data for decision-making.
  • Manage budgets for ongoing projects within the extended team.
How to Thrive in This Role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience in aerospace.
  • Experience in project management; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT tools development (Excel/VBA, Access) for data analysis and compilation.
  • Aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience is an asset.
  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Access and Project is a plus.
