Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a candidate to support project management activities for Research & Technology engineering projects in Canada. You will assist planning, coordination, and follow-up of engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced PMs and engineers.

You will help maintain documentation, dashboards and status reports, and participate in meetings to ensure clear communication between technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities for Research & Technology engineering projects, including new aircraft development programs, under guidance of experienced PMs and engineering professionals.
• Assist in planning, coordination, and follow-up of engineering activities, deliverables, milestones, and project schedules.
• Help maintain project documentation, action item trackers, meeting minutes, dashboards, and status reports.
• Assist with budget and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with team members and build relationships with engineering functions, stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to clear communication between technical teams, PM and leadership.
