This is an in-office role where you’ll work alongside a highly experienced team, supporting energy and infrastructure clients across Western Canada. You’ll take on diverse project responsibilities, from drone-based surveys and remote sensing to deformation monitoring and pipeline integrity, with the backing of an organization that invests in its people and technology.

As you gain experience, you’ll take greater ownership of client relationships, lead technical initiatives, and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Alberta Land Surveyor (ALS) and/or British Columbia Land Surveyor (BCLS)
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying for oil and gas and infrastructure projects
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • A grounded, reliable work ethic aligned with values of authenticity, commitment, and grit

Experience with:

  • Remote sensing, GIS, bathymetry, drone data collection and processing
  • Construction and pipeline surveys
  • High-precision deformation monitoring and geotechnical hazard tracking (a plus)

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Real Career Progression: Step into a role with a defined path toward technical leadership and client ownership
  • Strong Culture: Join a team where over half the staff have been with the company for 5+ years and many over a decade. This team was built to last
  • Cutting-Edge Tools: Access the latest in geomatics technology and equipment
  • Stability and Benefits: Competitive salary, performance bonuses, RRSP matching, extended health, and a generous wellness spending account

Feeling like the perfect fit but not based in Calgary? Apply anyways! We’re open to remote candidates anywhere in Alberta or British Columbia for the right fit.
