Pay Rate : Up to $33.00 / hour
Location : Remote (U.S.-based)
Role Overview :
As an Account Growth Representative, you’ll work closely with Account Management teams to identify and qualify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts. You’ll use strategic outreach methods—calls, emails, networking, and research—to uncover potential and drive growth. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact and be part of a collaborative team focused on long-term customer value.
What You’ll Do :
- Prospect and develop sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and strategic outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and potential for expansion
- Effectively communicate value propositions across various industries and customer roles
- Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless handoffs and account growth
- Maintain detailed records and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with internal teams to share feedback and solve customer pain points
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Experience with B2B sales and Salesforce (required)
- Strong prospecting, discovery, and communication skills
- Ability to contribute to account strategy and planning
- Resilient, self-starter attitude with strong time management
- Must be available to work Central Time Zone hours with reliable internet
Preferred Skills (Not Required) :
- Sales methodology certification (e.g., Winning by Design)
- Experience growing existing accounts
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
