Position: Produkt & Blanks Sales Responsible

Reports to: Country Sales Manager, Jack & Jones

Location: Montreal, QC

As our new Produkt & Blanks Sales Responsible, you will play a crucial role in our team.

YOUR ROLE

We aim to expand our international team with experienced sales professionals who have expert knowledge in this field. PRODUKT is a business model within JACK & JONES, focused on volume-driven sales, providing key account customers with proven products and value for money at competitive prices. We operate across various segments within the textile industry, including corporate wear, merchandise, and blanks, and under the sub-brand PRODUKT, we deliver high-volume SMUs in the FMCG sector. We see ourselves as craftsmen rather than traditional fashion people.

As Sales Responsible, you will be central to achieving our ambitious goals. You will manage your customer portfolio in Corporate Wear & Blanks, leveraging your experience and insights to open new doors and expand our dealer network. You will collaborate with Sales Management both locally and at HQ in Denmark, bringing new ideas and pushing strategic boundaries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage all aspects of your business area
  • Develop and implement local sales and customer strategies, participate in fairs and roadshows
  • Gain deep market insights and gather product feedback
  • Encourage customers to include JACK & JONES PRODUKT products in their portfolios
  • Enhance our digital and social media presence
  • Promote awareness of PRODUKT resources and facilitate product training
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Navigate interactions between distributors, dealers, print houses, and end customers
  • Build long-term relationships with direct and indirect customers
  • Participate in internal Sales Meetings as the product and solutions expert
YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven leadership in the fashion industry
  • A strong reputation and experience with Private Label and SMU is advantageous
  • A good network of potential customers
  • Experience in approaching new customers
  • Ability to meet customer demands and resolve challenges
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, as you will communicate across Canada
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback for business growth
  • Creativity and outside-the-box thinking for customer acquisition
