A leading technology company in Mississauga seeks a Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift. In this role, you will oversee production team operations, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards maintained, and safety protocols followed. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to process improvement and team leadership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This position offers an on-site work schedule with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
As a Production Supervisor (Afternoon shift) at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our afternoon production team. You will ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of production assemblers and technicians, coordinating workflow, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations (shared services). By leading and motivating your team, you will ensure that production targets are achieved, and high-quality products are delivered to our internal and external customers. Your commitment to safety and continuous improvement will contribute to a safe and productive work environment, driving the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.
