Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Worker to join our client's dynamic production team in Balzac, AB. In this position you will play a crucial role in assembling food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you are a reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

  • Pay Rate : 18.50 / hour
  • Shift : 8H shifts | Monday to Sunday | 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm and 12 : 00pm - 8 : 30pm
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble and prepare food products according to company standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in product assembly.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Monitor product quality, reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications :

  • The production area is kept cold, similar to a refrigerated space. Please be prepared to work in a chilly environment.
  • A valid driver's license is required, and personal transportation is necessary as the location is not accessible by public transit.
  • Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Must be comfortable handling raw chicken, pork, and beef.
  • Piercings and jewelry must be removed and cannot be worn in the workplace.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
