If precision, problem-solving, and building cool stuff from the ground up is your thing — keep reading. You’ll be fabricating and assembling custom metal and glass components based on drawings and specs, all while keeping quality, safety, and efficiency front and center.

Compensation
  • $20+/HR – based on experience
  • Monday – Thursday 7AM-4PM & Friday 7AM-1PM

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Fabricate and construct metal components to exact specs and tolerances
  • Check fabrication drawings and packages from the Production Supervisor
  • Confirm accuracy of details and identify any special requirements
  • Verify cutting lists match fabrication drawings
  • Monitor work orders to ensure they’re completed on time and meet customer expectations
  • Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure quality standards are met
  • Keep work areas tidy and debris-free
  • Follow all company policies and contribute to team goals
  • Be a reliable, safety-first team player
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in metal fabrication and/or window and glass industry required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
  • Familiarity with tools, machines, and fabrication techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Standing, lifting, bending, and manual handling of materials required
