Job Description

We are seeking a Production Worker for food and beverage processing at Anne of Green Gables Chocolates Inc. in Charlottetown, PE. The role involves handling raw materials, operating machinery, quality checking products, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program
• Food Safety Certificate
• WHMIS Certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license
• Availability for shift or on-call work

Work Environment

• Food and beverage plant setting
• Cold/refrigerated environment

Responsibilities

1. Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
2. Measure and load ingredients into mixing and grinding machines
3. Manually pack goods into containers
4. Operate and unload processing machines
5. Inspect products and packaging for quality defects
6. Assist process control and machine operators
7. Clean machines and work areas
