We are looking for a Production Worker for our Fabrication Offloader position. The responsibilities include operating the washer, unloading fabricated products from the washer, operating a jib crane, and performing additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Unload washed fabricated products from the washer.
  2. Sort washed products according to specified requirements.
  3. Operate jib cranes to relocate materials within the production facility.
  4. Assist other operators and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
  5. Identify and report damaged or defective products to ensure quality standards.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, tools, and work areas to promote a safe environment.
  7. Participate in cross-training and support operations in different departments to meet production demands.
  8. Follow detailed schedules and production plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and orders.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support production goals and operational needs.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to stand for extended periods.
  2. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
  5. Experience with jib crane operation is a plus.
