Fresh forward Inc. is seeking a Production Worker to join our fresh fruits and vegetables manufacturing team. You will participate in assembly, packaging, and sanitation to ensure safe, high‑quality products reach consumers. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate processing equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain production records while upholding strict food safety standards. On-site parking is available.

Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity with processing and packaging in manufacturing.
  • Ability to operate processing equipment safely; certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food industry standards and food safety regulations.
  • Understanding sanitation practices in food processing environments.
  • Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong math skills for measuring ingredients, counting units, and data recording.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.

Job Overview

Join our dynamic fresh fruits and vegetables manufacturing team as a Production Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the success of our food processing operations. In this vital role, you will actively participate in the assembly, packaging, and sanitation processes to ensure high-quality products reach consumers safely and efficiently. Duties
  • Operate processing and packaging equipment. Assist in the assembly of food products with precision and care
  • Use pallet jacks or forklift safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies around the production floor
  • Follow strict food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications
  • Assist in food processing tasks such as sorting, stacking, and labeling products accurately
  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and sanitation logs
