Reporting directly to the Press Supervisors, the Stacker Operator exhibits job relevant knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties and requirements of a Stacker Operator. Supporting production flow by ensuring all products coming off the press are bundled and stacked in accordance to the requirements of the customer.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • The Stacker Operator is responsible for the basic maintenance and operation of the stacker machines including; in feed section, upper/lower bin settings, air supply control and programming.
  • Operating all equipment required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • General cleaning of all press equipment, machines and areas around the presses.
  • Understands, embraces and adheres to 5S workplace organization standards.
Qualifications

  • Completion of Grade 12 is preferred.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Reliable.
  • Has knowledge of Safety Awareness.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work shifts.
