Production/ Fabricator Associate

Chesterville, ON

Job Details:

Pay: $2 4 / hr

Hours: 7:00am-4:30pm

Shifts: Monday- Friday

Location: Chesterville, ON

We're currently looking for many reliable and energetic Production line and Fabricator Associates on behalf of a large group of companies specializing in various aspects of production and in operation for over 20 years. Our client specializes in: Warehousing, Logistics, Construction, and Technology Development within Farming and HVAC. Within this role you will be crucial to the day to day operations, and production of goods heading out to various clients.

Note: Our client is offering convenient and affordable transportation for team members residing in Ottawa to their Chesterville facility. A dedicated car service ensures you arrive at work hassle-free, right from your doorstep or a nearby location.

Responsibilities:

  • Reading and understanding Assembly instructions
  • Quality Control inspection
  • Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned , and screwed in
  • Testing products for functionality
  • Reporting and detailing product malfunctions
  • Adhering to all assembly and safety standards
  • Excellent time management skills

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable means of Transportation (No Buses)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs
  • CSA Approved steel-toed boots
  • Ability to stand, and walk for long periods of time
  • Previous experience within a Production, Manufacturing or Fabricating is considered an asset
  • Previous experience with hand tools, and power tools
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment
  • Able to meet production needs as set by lead hand
  • Keeping work area clean
