Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is a family business with 120 years of experience, dedicated to producing high-quality biscuits in a modern plant. The Business Unit Leader will guide production teams, drive safety culture, and optimize KPIs to meet operational objectives.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, developing staff, coordinating with departments, and implementing improvements to sustain top-tier product quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Food Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years' experience in manufacturing management/supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of GFSI/BRC, SQF, GMP and HACCP or equivalent food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead production unit to achieve safety, reliability and efficiency goals.
• Develop and implement operating methods to improve product quality and reduce issues.
• Coach and mentor team leaders, supervisors, and hourly staff to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and training requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control and sanitation to optimize production resources.
