TPM was inspired by the realization that the healthcare industry, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing sectors, is largely underserved by insurers. Due to the high risk exposures in healthcare, many insurance companies have been hesitant to serve this market. At TPM, we offer specialized solutions and programs tailored to the unique needs of the medical field. Our goal is to educate employers about the cost-driving factors of Workers’ Compensation insurance to help reduce risks and expenses.
We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting professional with experience in Property and Casualty insurance, specifically Workers' Compensation, to join our team.
The successful candidate will develop new retail relationships, focusing on the healthcare vertical, including Long-term, Miscellaneous Medical, and Social Services. Responsibilities include driving new business to TPM, managing agency relationships, and fostering growth.
