The company operates nine manufacturing facilities across seven countries, producing a broad range of products including sterile injectables, vaccinations, nutritional boluses, feed additives, tablets, water-soluble powders, pastes, and non-sterile liquids. Bimeda focuses on developing, manufacturing, and commercializing quality Bimeda-branded products and also partners for contract manufacturing and R&D services within the animal health industry.

We are currently hiring for the following shift:

• Afternoon shift - 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Compensation: $26.49/Hour. After probation: $27.00/Hour.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Non-Sterile Machine Operator ensures product quality during packaging by operating equipment and packing in compliance with cGMP and SOP standards.

Job Duties

1. Follow SOPs and safety policies; complete GMP documentation accurately and timely.
2. Wear PPE, report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions.
3. Load syringes and obtain packaging materials; operate pallet lift.
4. Inspect filled bottles and syringes, document defects, and calculate rejection rates.
5. Sample and measure fill volumes, record data, and ensure specifications are met.
6. Monitor labeling and cartoning machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and regulate conveyor speeds.
7. Assemble, label, and pack cartons; load pallets and deliver to receiving area.
8. Report problems or out-of-spec incidents to supervisors.
9. Maintain cleanliness of the packaging area.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical/Physical & Behavioral Abilities

• 1-3 years experience in GMP pharmaceutical packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent math, English skills, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• High integrity, responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
