Perricone Farms, a leading citrus juice supplier based in Beaumont, California, is seeking a Production Technician 4: Lead to join our growing juice beverage company. Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour + $2 Differential

Shift / Hours: 3rd Shift; 11:00pm to 7:30am, with possible weekend work

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety inspections of work areas and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety rules and proper PPE usage.
  • Perform food safety inspections, ensuring GMPs and SOPs are followed.
  • Assist in leading daily team meetings (Toolbox/Huddle).
  • Ensure manufacturing equipment and personnel are prepared for production start.
  • Allocate resources efficiently on the packaging line.
  • Maintain presence on the production floor, filling in during breaks and staffing gaps.
  • Monitor and report attendance, meal/break violations.
  • Cross-train team members and develop high-potential operators.
  • Collect and report performance data (waste, throughput, downtime, efficiency).
  • Report safety, quality issues, and equipment failures promptly.
  • Operate in ERP systems like BatchMaster.
  • Perform duties as acting supervisor in supervisor’s absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, SQF).
  • Participate in food safety system reviews and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards.
Reporting and Work Environment
  • Reports to the Shift Manager.

The physical and environmental demands include exposure to moving mechanical parts, humid conditions, extreme heat/cold, and occasional heights or airborne chemicals. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
