BASE Engineering seek a skilled and responsible Assembly Technician. This role requires an enthusiastic, mechanically inclined team player who can meet and exceed production deadlines. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Production Assembly Technician will be responsible for the final assembly of all products sold by BASE Engineering. This position is crucial to maintaining our high standards of quality and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble remote shutdown systems according to customer orders
• Follow CAD drawings accurately
• Assemble harnesses, enclosures, handhelds, receivers, etc.
• Light soldering experience is an asset

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of light machinery and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong focus on safety
• Understanding of electrical/electronic schematics
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic understanding of Microsoft products
• Professional presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $20.80 - $25.80per hour.

Discretionary profit sharing in a varied amount based on improvement in company earnings.
