Job description

We are currently hiring on behalf of an innovative and growing technology company located in Victoria. They are seeking a Production Technician to join their team. If you have an interest in production, testing, and process-oriented work—and you are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth—this could be the perfect next step in your career.


Position: Production Technician
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Graveyard – Monday to Thursday
Location: Sidney
Wage: $21-$25
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

  1. Interpreting and completing issued work orders
  2. Following written and verbal instructions
  3. Using QMS programs and procedures to sample and test processes
  4. Maintaining and monitoring inventory of materials and supplies
  5. Adhering to health & safety procedures
  6. Taking on additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  1. An outgoing and personable attitude with a desire to learn
  2. High school graduation
  3. Technical background (a technical college diploma gives advantage)
  4. Experience in a comparable work environment is an advantage
  5. Great attention to detail
  6. Good manual dexterity and enjoys hands-on work
