As a Mending Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the mending area, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production goals. We offer a 5-day work week with weekends off, immediate opening, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and quality in the mending area.
  • Ensure safety compliance and machine performance.
  • Schedule, train, and coach team partners.
  • Measure results and implement continuous improvements.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace garments as needed.
  • Manage the In-plant CAN process.
  • Ensure mended products meet standards.
  • Complete work orders on schedule.
  • Follow safety policies and guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Preferred: Two-year college degree
  • 2-4 years related experience preferred
  • Familiar with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
