Job summary

Rockit Motors is seeking a Production Team Member in Brockville, ON for a full-time, hybrid position. You will support day-to-day production activities including assembling components, operating equipment, and following standardized work instructions to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

You will monitor production workflows, report issues, collaborate with supervisors and peers, perform basic quality checks, document work, and participate in continuous improvement and training

Role Description

The Production Team Member is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brockville, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on operational needs. In this role, the team member supports day-to-day production activities, including assembling components, operating equipment, and following standardized work instructions to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production workflows, reporting issues, and collaborating with supervisors and peers to maintain smooth operations on the manufacturing floor. The role involves performing basic quality checks, documenting work, and participating in continuous improvement and training initiatives. The Production Team Member is expected to follow all health and safety guidelines and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to help coordinate workflows and meet output targets.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform inspections, follow standards, and ensure products meet specifications.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to learn new processes quickly and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfort with basic tools, machinery, and production documentation; prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is an asset.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and tasks in both on-site and hybrid work settings.
