Job summary

Cabico is seeking a Production Team Leader to coordinate daily operations, lead a team, and ensure adherence to established methods. You will collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet schedules and resolve issues while promoting a safety-first culture.

The Production Team Leader supports the daily operations of their department by coordinating the work of their team and ensuring established procedures are followed. Acting as a key point of contact for employees, they foster a positive work environment and contribute to achieving safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Leader helps ensure activities are executed effectively, participates in resolving operational issues, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

More Specifically

• Starting wage: $23.36/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour
• Team Leader premium: $1.50/hour
• 40 hours/week
• Evening shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.
