Production Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for production associates to join our team. This role involves working on a production line and handling different food products. You will be working around different production machines and other production associates. You will be tasked with training new employees and leading a small team.

Work Environment

You will work in a manufacturing facility with temperatures of 8 - 10 degrees Celsius. The shift is either Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, or 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. The environment is heavy on teamwork and very supportive.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble structural and miscellaneous metals.
• Operate band saw, iron working machines, mag drills, grinders, hand tools, CNC Plasma table, and more.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Erect steel as needed.
• Mentor and lead a team of six welders and fabricators.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $24.15/hr.
