Job Description:

Job Title: Production Support (Unix)

Job location: 3 days a week in Toronto, Canada

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills: Unix, SQL, AWS Basics, ITIL | TEX 10+, REX 8

• Deep understanding of Unix, Cloud PaaS, Oracle SQL queries for intensive analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing for Incidents, SRs, Problem Tickets, and Change/Problem Management.
• Proficient in writing complex database queries.
• Experience in support environments, understanding ticket priorities, escalation, client communication, weekly status updates, MI protocols, etc.
• Exposure to banking applications support.
• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Additional knowledge of Grafana is a plus.
• Strong analytical and team collaboration skills.
