We are hiring for several roles at our Winnipeg facilities. Please review the job descriptions below:

Sewing Machine Operators:

• Work as part of a team to complete garments.
• Sew various parts of a garment, including pockets, flaps, zippers, hoods, sleeves, and lining.
• Assess the quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure they meet Canada Goose quality standards.
• Maintain individual productivity quotas daily while adhering to quality standards.

General Labour Role:

• Prepare boxes and skids for packing cut goods.
• Remove cut parts from the cutting machine, sort, and pack them.
• Perform quality checks on all pieces before packaging.
• Clear the conveyor to optimize machine operation.
• Assist the cutter operator with moving spreads onto the machine.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Cleaning Role:

• Clean equipment, fixtures, desks, tables, and kitchen surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
• Wash interior windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Empty garbage, debris, and recycling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Support Role:

• Pick, pack, and verify raw materials for production.
• Verify, receive, and store raw materials.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory.
• Help move WIP and down bags.
• Maintain a clean warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as required.
