Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a seasoned IT operations professional in Canada to support production systems. The role requires experience with job scheduling tools (Autosys, Tidal, Control-M), scripting, SQL and database operations, and ITIL processes.

You will handle patch management, monitoring, and DR/BC activities in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience, Azure or cloud basics, and a strong focus on production support (L3/L4).

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on job scheduling software and its configuration (Autosys, Tidal, Control-M or similar).
• Scripting experience: Unix, Windows Batch, PowerShell or similar.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with MSSQL and Oracle DB operations and basic admin functions.
• Experience in managing and installing mission critical production software patches.
• Experience in system monitoring and disaster recovery / business continuity.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure or similar).
• Experience in production support (L3/L4).
• Basic Networking / SFTP.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and ensure stability of mission-critical applications.
• Assist in patch management and software upgrades.
• Monitor systems and support disaster recovery / business continuity activities.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 110000 .
