What will you do?

• Monitor and investigate JCL Batch job executions, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolutions to maintain smooth operations
• Document and track all shift turnover issues
• Contribute to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement
• Monitor the library to ensure proper generation of data files for production runs and track resolutions

Must-have

• Willing to take a business-focused, holistic approach to delivering operations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrates ownership with flexibility, resilience, camaraderie, and resourcefulness
• Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles
• Experience with SQL and Unix environments

Nice-to-have

• ITIL Framework
• Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc.
• IT Systems Operations Experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets
