We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets / Domain SME (Lead) to provide strategic, functional, and industry expertise across capital markets products, operations, technology, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, translating complex capital markets requirements into practical solutions and leading delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires strong knowledge of the front-to-back capital markets lifecycle, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to shape and deliver strategic change within a complex financial-services environment.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Preferred, but not required:

• Hands-on exposure to Murex, Loan IQ, ACBS, Axiom SL or comparable capital-markets and regulatory-reporting platforms.
• Prior participation in a data mesh or data-product domain decomposition.
• Understanding of critical data element definition and attestation for regulatory reporting.
