What is the opportunity ?
This role reports to the Production Support leadership team within the Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS). As part of this team, you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of critical trading applications by providing exceptional support and collaborating within a “follow the sun” support model. This role is responsible for delivering advanced support for platforms that enable systematic options trading, risk management, reporting, and analysis functions for a global user community. Additionally, you will contribute to technology improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance overall system efficiency and reliability.
