Job description

5 to 8 years of experience including support for

• Operating Systems : 80% Windows; 20% Linux - shell scripting skills are required at intermediate level
• SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
• Must have scheduling tools (Autosys / Stonebranch / Airflow) experience
• Production trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge is must
• Knowledge of production controls and access management
• Must have good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Rotational after-hours & weekend support, and carrying a cell phone when on call
