What You’ll Do

The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager. The Production Supervisor will drive a culture of safety and accountability based on corporate metrics. This position will also be responsible for promoting and encouraging team growth and engagement.

As the Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the efficient and safe production of quality products, satisfying customer demand, while leading team development and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday (5 pm – 4 am)

  • Prioritize Safety – Serve as a safety leader, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a secure workplace
  • Enhance Production Value – Optimize processes, improve yields, reduce waste, and align specifications with materials for maximum efficiency
  • Drive Innovation – Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, improve quality, and cut costs through Lean methodologies and process improvements

It would be an added bonus if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or related fields such as other engineering disciplines or Business.
  • Qualifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
  • Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment.

In adherence to pay transparency, the base pay for this full-time role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, contingent on skills, experience, and qualifications. Our remuneration ranges are role, level, and location-based.
