The Production Supervisor drives the performance of employees towards the achievement of the company’s business objectives in terms of safety, productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and efficiency. The Production Supervisor achieves results from employees by providing clear communication, effective coaching, and addressing employee concerns to promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and commitment. As a supervisor, you will work alongside your team to motivate and enhance their capabilities through effective performance management, addressing key performance indicators, training, and team development.
