The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Production Supervisor - Pre-flight and Delivery on the evening shift to join our Customer Line team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Customer Line Operations team responsible for engine tests, flight phases, and aircraft delivery.

The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your role as a Production Supervisor - Pre-flight and Delivery (evening) will be to lead a team of workers, mainly composed of mechanical, avionics, and assembly technicians, for the customer sector.

• You have strong communication skills;
• You have a good understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• You are proficient in Google Suite software (Files, Sheets, Docs);
• You are fluent in French and English.
