Production Supervisor (Evenings) – Antec Controls

The position of Production Supervisor is an exciting new opportunity on our Antec Controls team. We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined, energetic, enthusiastic, productive and can handle multiple priorities in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include

• Overseeing the performance of processes and employees in Antec Controls.
• Organizing, managing, and evaluating the effective utilization of resources
• Managing orders and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Troubleshooting production issues with support from senior operators.
• Provide appropriate and consistent feedback to direct reports.
• Coaching and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality products are built in a safe, cost-effective, timely manner.
• Ensuring department compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate For This Opportunity Will Have
